1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging in business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing international trade.

2. Product Specifications & Quality

  • Agricultural Nature: All products (Onion, Potato, Garlic, Ginger) are natural agricultural produce. While we adhere to strict grading standards, slight variations in color, size, and weight are inherent to the products.

  • Inspections: Buyers have the right to request third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) at the loading port at their own expense unless otherwise agreed upon in the sales contract.

3. Pricing and Quotations

  • Validity: All price quotes provided are valid for a specific period (usually 48–72 hours) due to the high volatility of the Indian agricultural market.

  • Inclusions: Prices are quoted based on Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR). Any changes in government export duties or port charges after the contract date will be communicated to the buyer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms require a Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

  • Production and procurement commence only after the receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment or financial instrument.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, or customs clearance at the destination.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes from the seller to the buyer according to the specific Incoterm used in the transaction.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (floods, droughts, crop failure).

  • Government-imposed export bans or restrictions.

  • Global shipping strikes or pandemics.

7. Claims and Refunds

  • Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be filed within 48 hours of the shipment reaching the destination port, supported by photographic evidence and a report from an independent surveyor.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods or a credit note for the value of the disputed portion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
