To ensure secure and efficient processing, our standard terms require a 40% Advance Deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). The remaining 60% balance is payable immediately against the presentation of a Scan Copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) and other relevant shipping documents.
Yes. We understand that different markets have unique retail and industrial requirements. Customized packaging is available upon request, including branded mesh bags, corrugated cartons, or burlap sacks in various weights (e.g., 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, or 50kg).
For high-volume exports of Potatoes, Onions, and Ginger, our typical lead time is 7 to 14 business days following receipt of the advance payment, depending on the volume and custom packaging requirements.
